Wavor Support

Wavor is a business software platform with 47 integrated tools: accounting, invoicing, CRM, HR, contracts, domains, mailboxes, website builder, AI analysis, compliance. One dashboard, one invoice, one login.

Registration is done via the Register link. Required: country, name, email, password. A verification code is sent by email. Companies can be created in the dashboard after verification.

Free: 1. One: 2. One+: 5. All: unlimited. Each company has its own invoices, domains, data and dashboard. Switch via the top dashboard bar.

Yes. Wavor includes a company name finder, legal-form wizard (LLC, Inc., Ltd.), formation checklist, template contracts and a first business address. Commercial register entry is not required.

The left sidebar groups all 47 tools by finance, customers, operations, infrastructure, AI and legal. Global search: Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K).

Invoices, quotes, accounting, cash book, budget planning, tax filings, dunning, travel expenses, multi-currency. Bank connection and payroll are in progress and not usable today.

Forge generates a working tool in the dashboard from a prompt (data model, UI, API). Example prompt: “Database for guests with check-in time”. Forge is still in preparation.

These domains belong to Wavor; the content on them belongs to customers. Every customer can claim a free subdomain (e.g. customer.wavorweb.com, myshop.wavor.site, brand.wavor.app). Published content comes from the customer, not from Wavor.

@wavmail.net is the customer email infrastructure. Addresses like name@wavmail.net belong to customers and are not Wavor. Official Wavor senders end only in @wavor.io, @wavor.de, @wavor.fr, @wavor.nl, @wavor.co.uk, @wavor.in or @wavor.com.br.

Without a plan you get a subdomain on wavor.site (e.g. name.wavor.site), created in the website builder. From One, a free domain of your own comes with it.

Sender must end in @wavor.io, @wavor.de or another official Wavor domain. @wavmail.net is always a customer. When in doubt: sign in directly at wavor.io instead of clicking links.

Primary domain: wavor.io (international). Country domains: wavor.de, wavor.fr, wavor.nl, wavor.co.uk, wavor.in, wavor.com.br. Further extensions are held defensively. Subdomains on wavorweb.com, wavor.site and wavor.app belong to customers (see previous section).

Check the extension in the address bar. Only the official extensions listed above are valid. Extensions such as wavor.com, wavor.xyz, wavor-support.com, wavor.info are not from Wavor. Do not enter passwords on such sites.

Report via the support form with category Abuse. Include URL and screenshot. Review and takedown procedure follow.

In the domain tool: search the desired name, choose from 70+ extensions, confirm. From One, one domain a year is included. Additional domains are billed at market price.

Two paths: transfer via AuthCode/EPP or DNS connection without ownership change. Both work with website, email and SSL.

Typically a few minutes. For .de and some other extensions, up to an hour of DNS propagation. Confirmation email on activation.

After the domain is registered or connected: open the email tool, create a mailbox, pick storage, optionally add forwards. Plan limits: One 2 mailboxes (10 GB in total), One+ 6 (25 GB), All 15 (50 GB).

Gmail, Outlook and custom servers connect via IMAP/SMTP. The account stays with the original provider; Wavor acts as a client with AI analysis.

Classification of incoming messages (invoice, customer inquiry, spam, urgent), thread summarization, reply suggestions, meeting extraction to calendar.

Settings → Security. Enter current password, new password, email confirmation code.

Email code (default), TOTP app (e.g. Google Authenticator), SMS, backup codes. Multiple methods can be active simultaneously.

Primary: backup code at login. Alternative: Support → Access with identification via email, username or phone plus ID verification.

Settings → Privacy. 28-day recovery window, then irreversible deletion of all personal data.

Settings → Personal information. Enter number, confirm with SMS code. Unlocks SMS 2FA and SMS-based password reset.

EU servers in Germany. For all 8 country markets (DE/AT/CH/UK/FR/NL/IN/BR) via 7 native domains + a vision for 199 countries and regions. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. No third-party trackers, no advertising partners. Data protection under EU law, and in Brazil and India additionally under the local data protection act.

Detection of unusual logins, temporary IP restriction, email notification. Other devices remain accessible.

Free, Solo (€19/mo, one tool area of your choice, one company, one user), One (€49/mo), One+ (€129/mo), All (€499/mo), Enterprise (custom). All plans: SSL, hosting, backups, calendar, export. From One: every tool. Higher plans: more companies, more employees, more storage, a larger AI budget.

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay via Stripe. Invoices under Settings → Subscription & Billing.

Anytime at the end of the billing period. No minimum term. Data retention 28 days after cancellation, export available.

Free stays free for good, with limits on the features. There is currently no separate trial for the subscriptions.

In the dashboard under Team → Add. Email and role (Admin, Employee, Read-only, Custom). Invitation link by email.

Per tool, per role, per person: read, write, delete, export. Critical actions optionally with multi-person approval. Configured in the Team tool.

Log of all changes (create, edit, delete) with user, time, IP, tool. Compliance evidence and traceability.

Support form, with or without an account. Pick a category (General, Access, Security Bug, Report, Feedback, Enterprise). The request reaches the correct team directly.

Feature requests are collected and voted on publicly. The requester is notified once the feature ships.
