Aprender másRight of withdrawal by country
How long you can withdraw from a purchase depends on the country of your account.
For this Wavor address
Internacional · 14 days · waiver on an immediate start
On the international address the EU rule applies: 14 days, with the waiver on an immediate start.
Signed in, the country of your account counts, not the address of the site.
Which country counts
A subscription is a contract between Wavor and the account that pays for it. So the law of the country you entered for that account applies: first the country of your billing address, otherwise the country from registration. Only an account without a country takes the country of the Wavor address the order is placed on. The country is written into the order at purchase; a later change of address changes nothing about an order already made.
Five companies, two countries?
The companies inside your account do not buy anything; the account buys, at its billing address. One account, one country, one period. If a US company should be treated under US law, it needs its own account with a US billing address.
