Something broken, an idea, praise: this is how it reaches us, together with the page you are on.
On a phone or tablet
Turn shaking on once. After that, shaking the device three times opens the feedback window on the page you are on.
The motion is evaluated on your device only, neither sent nor stored. On iPhone and iPad, Safari asks once as you turn it on whether Wavor may read it.
On a computer
Press the Shift key (⇧) three times quickly. Inside a text field it does not count, so nothing opens while you type.
In the dashboard, the speech bubble button at the top opens it too.
What goes along
- the page you are on
- a picture of the page, as you see it
- the text on the page
- your device: screen and window size, language, time zone, light or dark, and the version of Wavor
- your last steps: the pages you opened last, their requests and error messages
The picture and the text go along only when you are signed in. What you wrote into fields is unreadable on the picture and missing from the text. Before sending you see everything and can leave out any part.
What happens next
The feedback goes to the Wavor team. Your message, the picture, the text, the device details and the steps are stored encrypted and deleted after 24 months.
