Every account has two-factor sign-in, roles and permissions, and a log of all changes from day one. Personal data such as bank details and tax numbers is encrypted field by field with AES-256. None of this costs extra.
Where Your Data Lives
The servers are in Germany, and customer files sit in object storage in Germany. Backups and some services, such as email delivery, SMS and AI, run through providers outside the EU. Those transfers are secured under the EU's rules for transfers to third countries. The privacy policy names every provider.
How We Protect Keys and Credentials
Keys and credentials sit in an encrypted vault (HashiCorp Vault), not in the source code. Backups are encrypted before they leave the server.

Who changed what, and when? The log records every change with the person, the company and the time. Entries are chained, so later tampering shows. That helps in audits and gives you a clear view.
